What is the return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. Products must have tags attached and still be in original condition. For more information, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
Do you ship to my country?
Our goal at Cooper Ellis is to ship to every country. If you are able to check out, then we are able to ship to your country. Unfortunately, there are a few exceptions.
How do I track my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order.. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can use this to track your package. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, with varying shipping times depending on location.
